Dimora Transparent Film Dressing with Pad is a sterile adhesive wound dressing designed for superficial exuding wounds and postoperative wounds.
The dressing combines a transparent polyurethane film with a centrally positioned absorbent non-woven pad. The absorbent layer helps manage wound exudate and blood while the wound-contact surface is designed to reduce adhesion to the wound.
Its breathable transparent film helps allow moisture vapour to escape while providing a protective covering over the wound. The transparent construction also makes it easier to observe the surrounding skin and dressing position.
The larger 6 × 8 inch format provides broad coverage, with a 2 × 6 inch absorbent pad positioned in the centre of the dressing.
