Yes, servicing is available only for rollators purchased directly from us. Unfortunately, we are unable to support repairs or maintenance for products bought from other retailers.

What is the difference between a rollator and a walker?

A rollator is a walking aid equipped with wheels, hand brakes and often a seat for resting. Unlike standard walkers, rollators do not need to be lifted with each step, making them more suitable for users who need balance support but still have sufficient mobility.

Yes. It has a flip-up seat cushion, allowing the user to take short breaks while walking. The seat is for resting only, so please do not push the rollator while someone is seated on it.

What storage does it come with?

The FS965LH-F6 comes with built-in storage for personal items, as well as a bottle holder and a walking stick holder.

Is the handle height adjustable?

Yes. The handle height can be adjusted to suit users of different heights. Proper adjustment helps the user keep a safe posture and better control while walking.

Can rollators be used indoors and outdoors?

Rollators are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Larger wheels are better suited to uneven outdoor surfaces, while more compact models are ideal for indoor navigation.
