Frequently Asked Questions

Can I view the rollator in person before purchasing?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom to try out different models in person. Our team will assist you with recommendations based on your specific needs.

Is servicing available for rollators?

Yes, servicing is available only for rollators purchased directly from us. Unfortunately, we are unable to support repairs or maintenance for products bought from other retailers.

What is the difference between a rollator and a walker?

A rollator is a walking aid equipped with wheels, hand brakes and often a seat for resting. Unlike standard walkers, rollators do not need to be lifted with each step, making them more suitable for users who need balance support but still have sufficient mobility.

Do you offer rental services for rollators?

We do not offer rental services for rollators. All rollator models are available for purchase only.

Is the FS966LH-B foldable for transport or storage?

Yes. The FS966LH-B has a foldable frame for convenient storage at home or transport in a car boot.

Does the FS966LH-B have a seat?

Yes. It has a flip-up seat cushion, allowing the user to take short breaks while walking, and a basket for storing personal items.

Can the FS966LH-B be used as a transport chair?

No. The FS966LH-B is designed as a rollator for the user’s own walking support. The seat and footrest are for resting while stationary, and the rollator should not be pushed while someone is seated. If you need a chair that can be pushed by a caregiver, please ask our team about our pushchair and wheelchair options.

Is the height of the rollator adjustable?

Rollator handle heights can usually be adjusted to suit users of different heights. Please refer to the measurements above, or contact our team to confirm the adjustment range for this model.

Can rollators be used indoors and outdoors?

Rollators are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Larger wheels are better suited to uneven outdoor surfaces, while more compact models are ideal for indoor navigation.
