Where can we view the products?

Our products are available for viewing at our showroom, with the option for cash and carry. Open daily for your convenience, feel free to visit us anytime! We're located at:

Do you accept installment payments?

Definitely, installment plans are available for OCBC card members for either 6 or 12-months payment with 0% interest. Eligible for products above $500.


What is the delivery lead time?

Deliveries are fulfilled as early as 1 to 2 days! We deliver daily from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays with 2 timeslot available; 10am to 12pm & 2-5pm.


How do I qualify for free delivery?

Free deliveries are applicable for orders above $300! For products such as diapers and milk feeds, free delivery applies for orders above $100.
Aside from that, deliveries are charged at $35 per trip. Alternatively, you can arrange for your own 3rd party delivery or opt for self-collection at our Showroom.


My house/unit is not accessible via lift access

We appreciate the advance notice if there’s stairs involved with each delivery as additional manpower will need to be catered for. With that, additional charges may apply. Kindly reach out to us at sales@rainbowcare.com.sg or drop us a text or call at +65 8501 1878 for more information.


Do you deliver to an overseas address?

Yes, we do, we work with FedEx & UPS for overseas deliveries. Charges are subjected to the product’s weight and country. For more information, kindly write to us at sales@rainbowcare.com.sg with the following details for a delivery quotation:

Product Warranty, Exchange & Refund

More information on product warranty and coverage can be found here. Please note that transportation and home service calls are not covered within warranty and are charged at $35 per trip.

What are the items available for rental?

We provide monthly rental for the following products: Oxygen Concentrators, Hospital Beds, Wheelchairs, CPAP/BiPAP, Feeding Pumps and more! Visit our rental page here for more information!


How do I pay for my upcoming rental month?

Recurring payments can be made here.

Alternatively you can pay via PayNow to our Business UEN: 200822869G . Do ensure to include your invoice number under the reference section, so we know who you are!


Can you assist with bed transfers for point A to point B?

As much as we’d like to help, we’re only able to transfer beds that are purchased from us. Bed transfers are chargeable and includes dismantling from Point A, transfer and ultimately re-assembling it at Point B. Do you buy back 2nd hand items or accept trade ins?

At this point we don’t buy back for 2nd hand products nor do we accept trade ins. If you’re looking to donate your items, we suggest reaching out to various nursing / old folks home for donation
