General Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • All product warranty effectively begins from the date of purchase and is only applicable to products purchased and used locally in Singapore. For any warranty claims and repair, kindly provide us with your original receipt/invoice for verification purposes.
  • Our team of technicians are available at our Ubi Showroom to assist during our service hours between 9am to 5pm daily for repair services.
  • Product warranty does not cover on-site service fees/transportation fees. Should there be a need for an on-site assessment/servicing, transportation fees are chargeable at S$35.00 per way.
  • In cases where on-site repair/servicing is not possible, products will have to be sent back to our service centre for further review. After the assessment/servicing has been completed, you will then have the option to opt for:
    • Self-Collection at our Showroom with no additional cost aside from the cost of repair, if applicable


  • Return delivery with a transportation fee of $35.00.
  • If you require loaner equipment during the servicing period, please let our technician know. Please note that fees are chargeable for the loaner equipment.

    General Warranty Exclusions and limitations

    Please note that there are exclusions as stated below that does not come with the warranty:
  • Any losses and/or damages caused directly or indirectly by user’s misuse, negligence and damage
  • General product wear and tear
  • Product that has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with the advice provided by Rainbow Care.
  • Product that has undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any third-party vendors aside from Rainbow Care.
  • Damage and/or defect caused by water, fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust or corrosive surroundings and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
  • Damage and/or defect caused by external environmental factors or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.

    Under the following circumstances, we reserve the right to void the warranty:

  • The serial number of the equipment has been altered, tampered with or removed.
  • If the product is being operated, or modified without genuine or manufacturer’s recommended parts.

    Transfer of Warranty

    Transfer of warranty is only applicable for products purchased in full retail price. All transfer of warranty shall be notified by the original customer in writing. Our team will review each application and get in touch with you within 3 working days.

    Transfer of warranty strictly follows the original buyer’s date of purchase. We shall honour the remaining warranty period, starting from the date of warranty transfer to original warranty expiration date.
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
