What does the hospital bed backup battery do?

The optional backup battery function allows the bed to be lowered once during a power outage. It is intended for emergency lowering only and cannot be used to lift the bed or support normal operation.

What are the different mattress options?

The various mattress differs in terms of firmness.

Premium Comfort Mattress , included with each premium bed purchase, it features a PVC waterproof covering and is the firmest compared to Bock Standard & Bock Riposan Comfort Mattress.

Bock Standard Comfort Mattress provides medium firmness and waterproof PU fitted covering. Made in Germany, this mattress is also suitable for the prevention of bed sore.

Bock Riposan Comfort Mattress is the least firm amongst the mattress, comes with PU waterproof and helps with the prevention of bed sore.

My house does not have direct lift access

There will be charges as we have to cater additional manpower for houses with no direct lift access or requires climbing of stairs, kindly reach out to us for rates or leave a comment on the checkout page and our team will be in touch with you.

Is warranty included?

All bed purchases come with a 1 year warranty.
