What does the hospital bed backup battery do?

The optional backup battery function allows the bed to be lowered once during a power outage. It is intended for emergency lowering only and cannot be used to lift the bed or support normal operation.

What are the different mattress options?

The various mattresses differ in firmness.

Premium Comfort Mattress is included with each premium bed purchase. It has a PVC waterproof cover and is the firmest compared with the Bock Standard and Bock Riposan Comfort mattresses.

Bock Standard Comfort Mattress provides medium firmness and has a waterproof PU fitted cover. Made in Germany, it is also suitable for helping to prevent bed sores.

Bock Riposan Comfort Mattress is the least firm option. It has a waterproof PU cover and helps with the prevention of bed sores.

My house does not have direct lift access

Additional charges apply when delivery requires extra manpower due to stairs or no direct lift access. Please contact us for the rates, or leave a comment during checkout and our team will get in touch with you.

Is warranty included?
