Step 1

Plug power cable into electrical socket and switch on power button

Step 2

Turn flow adjustment knob according to user's prescribed flow rate. Kindly seek a doctor's advice to determine user's oxygen flow rate

Step 3

Fill humidifier bottle with sterile water up to the minimum line.
Screw in humidifier directly to the concentrator's Oxygen Outlet

Step 4

Connect one end of the nasal cannula to the humidifier bottle’s outlet nozzle, and the other end to the user

+ How do I determine my oxygen flow rate?

Depending on individual's health condition, the oxygen support requirement will vary. We highly recommend that you check in with your doctor on the oxygen requirements before deciding on a suitable oxygen concentrator unit. This will help determine how many litres of oxygen to administer.

• Please take note that the Nidek Nuvo 10 is only suitable for users who are using between 2 to 10 litres per min (LPM).
For users with lower flow rates (between 0-5LPM), you may wish to consider Nidek Nuvo Lite 0-5LPM or Nidek Nuvo Lite 0-5LPM (OMS).

+ Are there any additional accessories required?

The Nidek Nuvo 10 Home Oxygen Concentrator comes with a nasal cannula and a humidifier bottle.

As the unit is intended to provide users' with higher oxygen flow rates, the humidifier bottle (to be filled with sterile water up to its minimum line mark) is provided to help add moisture in the oxygen produced, preventing dryness.
Alternatively, if you'd like to use without a humidifier bottle, a Christmas Tree Adapter will be required.

Oxygen mask is an alternative apparatus that can be purchased separately.

+ What happens if there's something wrong with my machine?

In-built with an alarm feature that sounds in the event of a faulty machine, kindly contact us at 6223 0904 or whatsapp us at 8501 1878 for further assistance.

+ How often is servicing required?

Aside from rinsing the external sponge filter, a general servicing is recommended at least once a year or when machine has been operating for 5000 hours, whichever comes first.

Through a general servicing, the internal parts will be cleaned and reviewed by our in-house technicians to ensure functionality. Any faulty parts that require replacement will be highlighted prior to replacement. + Are there any guarantees for refurbished units?

All refurbished units come with a 6 months warranty. While these are 2nd hand units, our in-house technicians have thoroughly reviewed the unit and ensure that the units are in working condition before it is delivered to customers.

Please note that this does not reflect how long a refurbished unit would last. Condition of an oxygen concentrator is affected by how it is used and maintained over time.
