Unlike home oxygen concentrators, the Precision Medical Live Active Five portable oxygen concentrator operates on a pulse dose oxygen flow. It delivers a dosage of oxygen when it senses inhalation through the nose, making it suitable for use with a nasal cannula.

IS THE UNIT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE? CAN I USE IT 24/7?

The Precision Medical Live Active Five portable oxygen concentrator is most suitable for users with lower flow rate requirements.

It is crucial to consult with a doctor to determine the appropriate flow rate for individual needs.

It's important to note that the unit is not designed for overnight usage and, as such, it is not recommended.

WHY DO WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR USERS TO RUN THE MACHINE EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT USING IT FREQUENTLY?

High humidity in Singapore may damage the machine if left unused for an extended period.

Therefore, we strongly advise users to run the machine for 30 minutes to an hour regularly, even if not in use. This helps prevent moisture from entering the machine, reducing the risk of malfunction.

Apart from rinsing the Live Active Five External Filter, we recommend general servicing at least once a year or after the machine has operated for 5000 hours, whichever comes first.

During general servicing, our in-house technicians will clean and inspect internal components to ensure optimal functionality. Any faulty parts requiring replacement will be identified beforehand.
