Directions

Mixing with Liquids:
• Stir Myotein® with a small amount of room-temperature water or feeding liquid to form a smooth paste.
• Gradually add the remaining liquid to the paste while stirring.
• For best results, briefly blend at low speed to avoid foaming.

Mixing with Food:
• Sprinkle and stir Myotein® into foods such as mashed potatoes, soups, gravies, yoghurt, oatmeal, porridge or cereal.
• Use the enclosed scoop to add the recommended amount of protein, based on the nutritional information and individual protein requirements.

Recommended Usage
Recommended usage depends on age, body weight and medical condition, as determined by a dietitian or medical practitioner.
For healthy adults as a supplement: 1–2 scoops of Myotein®, 2 times per day.

How much protein does one scoop provide?

One scoop (6.3 g of powder) provides 5 g of protein. Each 215 g can contains about 34 scoops.

Does Myotein® contain flavouring, added sugar or preservatives?

No. Myotein® is a whey protein concentrate with no flavouring, added sugar or preservatives, so it can be added to food and drinks without changing their taste.

How do I mix it without lumps?

First stir the powder with a small amount of liquid to make a smooth paste, then gradually add the rest of the liquid while stirring. For the smoothest result, blend briefly at low speed to avoid foaming.

Is it suitable for people with a milk allergy or lactose intolerance?

Myotein® is made from milk protein and contains a small amount of lactose (0.4 g per scoop), so it is not suitable for people with a milk allergy. If you are lactose intolerant, please check with your doctor or dietitian before use.

How should I store it?

Store in a dry place at room temperature, and close the lid tightly after each use.
