Usage Steps

1. Open the package and take out the wrist circumference measuring ruler to measure your wrist size. Very important!
When measuring, avoid the ulnar styloid process and measure 2–3 cm from the edge of the palm.

2. According to the measured data, adjust the wristband clasp of the watch-type blood pressure monitor. *Very important*

3. Post-wearing check *Very important*:
The strap should allow the little finger to slide in, but not pass completely through.
Do not measure if the airbag is bent.

4. Measuring posture *Very important*:
Keep the wrist at the same level as the heart, relax the arm, let fingers and palm lightly touch the chest, and ensure the wrist does not press the airbag.
Only the first measurement requires adjustment; re-measure for different users.
