What is the difference between CPAP and AutoCPAP?
CPAP: A fixed pressure CPAP provides the same pressure throughout the night and is pre-set by a medical professional within a range of 4-20 hPa, this pressure is determined after a sleep study and/or titration test hence a doctor's memo is required.
AutoCPAP: An AutoCPAP regulates the pressure throughout the night depending on the events that occur. An event occurs when it detects that the airway is closing, and will correspondingly increase the pressure accordingly to keep the airway open. Once it detects that the event is over, the pressure will be reduced. Hence an AutoCPAP does not require a doctor's prescription for pressure settings. The device automatically adjusts the air pressure based on the user's breathing patterns throughout the night.

If I already have a CPAP Mask, do I still need to get another one for this machine?
No, if you already have a CPAP mask, there's no need to purchase another one since our connection tube sizes are universal. However, for added assurance, feel free to bring your mask to our showroom and try it out with our machine.

Why do we highly recommend our users to run the machine even if they are not using it frequently?
High humidity in Singapore may damage the machine if left unused for an extended period.
Therefore, we strongly advise users to run the machine for 30 minutes to an hour regularly, even if not in use. This helps prevent moisture from entering the machine, reducing the risk of malfunction.
