Product Features

S-Mode:
Spontaneous trigger - the change from one pressure level to another is triggered by starting respiration of the patient only.

ST-Mode:
Spontaneous breathing and Time - as long as the patient is breathing independently the device is operating in the S-mode.
Once the patient stops breathing the device automatically switches into the T-mode and provides respiration for the patient in the prescribed safety frequency.
The delay time after which the device switches into the T-mode can be set.

T-Mode:
Time respiration with prescribed, set inspiration time.
If the trigger function is deactivated the patient is ventilated according to the set parameters.
If the trigger function is activated the device accepts only spontaneous trigger signals in the expiration phase.

Trigger Device:
The respiration trigger detects the patient's breathing efforts and signals them to the control device.
It includes a flow-based trigger that can be set independently for inspiration and expiration.
This creates a comfortable ventilation experience for the patient, closely resembling natural respiration without delay.

The device uses an electronically controlled blower to generate the required pressure.
The blower is designed with a high reserve capacity and quick control response to minimize stress for the patient.
Pressure is measured directly in the mask and continuously controlled by the device, making breathing work for the patient as easy as possible.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CPAP AND BILEVEL?

CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure):
• Delivers a constant air pressure throughout the breathing cycle.
• Maintains a single pressure level, suitable for individuals who can tolerate a consistent pressure during both inhalation and exhalation.
• Commonly used for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure):
• Delivers two distinct pressure levels—an inspiratory pressure (IPAP) for inhalation and an expiratory pressure (EPAP) for exhalation.
• Provides higher pressure during inhalation and lower pressure during exhalation.
• Prescribed for individuals who may have difficulty exhaling against a continuous pressure or those with specific respiratory conditions like COPD.

WHY DOES BIPAP HAVE SO MANY MODES? WHICH MODE IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure) devices often come with multiple modes to cater to the diverse needs of individuals with different respiratory conditions.
The various modes allow healthcare providers to customize the therapy based on specific patient requirements.

Please provide us with your doctor's prescription, so we can customize the settings according to your requirements.

IF I HAVE A BILEVEL MASK ALREADY DO I STILL NEED TO GET ANOTHER ONE FOR THIS MACHINE?

No, if you already have a Bilevel mask, there's no need to purchase another one since our connection tube sizes are universal. However, for added assurance, feel free to bring your mask to our showroom and try it out with our machine.

DO YOU CARRY THE ADAPTER TO CONNECT MY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR TO MY BIPAP / CPAP MACHINE?

Yes we do, kindly take a look at it here Pressure Line Adapter

WHY DO WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR USERS TO RUN THE MACHINE EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT USING IT FREQUENTLY?

High humidity in Singapore may damage the machine if left unused for an extended period.

Therefore, we strongly advise users to run the machine for 30 minutes to an hour regularly, even if not in use. This helps prevent moisture from entering the machine, reducing the risk of malfunction.
