Plug power cable into electrical socket and switch on power button

Turn flow adjustment knob according to user's prescribed flow rate. Kindly seek a doctor's advice to determine user's oxygen flow rate

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY OXYGEN FLOW RATE?

Depending on individual's health condition, the oxygen support requirement will vary. We highly recommend that you check in with your doctor on the oxygen requirements before deciding on a suitable oxygen concentrator unit. This will help determine how many litres of oxygen to administer.

Please take note that the Nidek Nuvo 10 is only suitable for users who are using between 2 to 10 litres per min (LPM). For users with lower flow rates (between 0-5LPM), you may wish to consider Nidek Nuvo Lite 0 - 5 LPM Oxygen Concentrator or Nidek Nuvo Lite 0 - 5 LPM Oxygen Concentrator, OMS

DO YOU CARRY THE ADAPTER TO CONNECT MY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR TO MY BIPAP / CPAP MACHINE?

CAN I USE THIS OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FOR MY PETS?

Yes, you can. However, please note that a nasal cannula is not required—only an oxygen tube should be used. You will also need a Pet Oxygen Chamber to administer the oxygen safely.

WHY DO WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR USERS TO RUN THE MACHINE EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT USING IT FREQUENTLY?

High humidity in Singapore may damage the machine if left unused for an extended period.

Therefore, we strongly advise users to run the machine for 30 minutes to an hour regularly, even if not in use. This helps prevent moisture from entering the machine, reducing the risk of malfunction.

WHEN DO I NEED TO REFILL THE OXYGEN IN MY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR?

The oxygen in your oxygen concentrator doesn't need to be refilled instead, it takes in the surrounding air and purifies it through the concentrator before delivering it to the patient.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES REQUIRED?

The Nidek Nuvo 10 Home Oxygen Concentrator includes a Nasal Cannula and a Bubble Humidifier (0-10 Oxygen Concentrators)
The unit is designed for higher oxygen flow rates, and the Bubble Humidifier (0-10 Oxygen Concentrators) is included to add moisture to the produced oxygen, preventing dryness.

If you prefer not to use a humidifier bottle, a Christmas Tree Adapter is required to connect your Nasal Cannula.

Used together with our B. Braun Sterile Water or distilled water, this helps moisten the oxygen produced, preventing dryness.

For those seeking an alternative, an Oxygen Mask is available for separate purchase.

WHAT DOES CARRY IN WARRANTY MEANS?

In the event of any issues or service requirements with your product, please bring it to our showroom for assessment by our technicians. If you opt for collection from your location, transportation charges will be applicable.

WHEN SHOULD I DO GENERAL SERVICING?

Apart from rinsing the Nidek Nuvo External Filter, we recommend general servicing at least once a year or after the machine has operated for 5000 hours, whichever comes first.

During general servicing, our in-house technicians will clean and inspect internal components to ensure optimal functionality. Any faulty parts requiring replacement will be identified beforehand.
