All refurbished units come with a 6-month warranty. Although these are second-hand units, each unit is thoroughly inspected and tested by our in-house technicians to ensure it is in proper working condition before delivery.

Please note that the warranty period does not indicate the lifespan of the unit. The condition and longevity of a refurbished Nidek Nuvo 10 0–10 LPM Oxygen Concentrator depend on how it is used and maintained over time.

How do I determine my oxygen flow rate?

Oxygen requirements vary depending on individual health conditions. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor to determine the appropriate oxygen flow rate before choosing an oxygen concentrator.

The Nidek Nuvo 10 is suitable for users requiring between 2 to 10 litres per minute (LPM). For lower flow rates between 0 to 5 LPM, you may consider the Nidek Nuvo Lite 0 - 5 LPM Oxygen Concentrator or Nidek Nuvo Lite 0 - 5 LPM Oxygen Concentrator, OMS.

Do you carry an adapter to connect my oxygen concentrator to my BiPAP or CPAP machine?

Can I use this oxygen concentrator for my pets?

Yes, this oxygen concentrator can be used for pets. A nasal cannula is not required. Please use standard oxygen tubing together with a Pet Oxygen Chamber to administer oxygen safely.

Why is it recommended to run the machine regularly even if it is not used frequently?

Singapore’s high humidity may affect internal components if the machine is left unused for extended periods.

We recommend running the machine for 30 minutes to 1 hour regularly to reduce moisture buildup and help maintain optimal performance.

When do I need to refill the oxygen in my oxygen concentrator?

Oxygen concentrators do not require refilling. The machine draws in surrounding air and filters it to deliver concentrated oxygen continuously.

Are there any additional accessories required?

The Nidek Nuvo 10 Home Oxygen Concentrator includes a Nasal Cannula and a Bubble Humidifier (0–10 LPM).

The humidifier helps add moisture to the oxygen output, reducing dryness during higher flow usage.

If you prefer not to use a humidifier bottle, a Christmas Tree Adapter is required to connect the nasal cannula directly.

When using a humidifier, sterile or distilled water such as B. Braun Sterile Water is recommended. An Oxygen Mask is also available for separate purchase.

What does carry-in warranty mean?

A carry-in warranty means the product must be brought to our showroom for inspection or servicing if required. Collection services can be arranged at an additional cost.

In addition to regular rinsing of the Nidek Nuvo External Filter, we recommend general servicing once a year or after 5,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
